Welcome to DreamTrip. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and DreamTrip, operating under the commercial and tourism regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Legal Entity & Governing Scope

DreamTrip is a travel platform offering booking facilitation services for flights, hotel accommodations, eSIM plans, visa assistance, and International Driving Licenses (IDL). By accessing or using our website, services, and mobile applications, you agree to be strictly bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Law, the Travel and Tourism Agencies Regulations of the Ministry of Tourism, and the consumer protection guidelines of the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA).

2. Use of the Platform and Accounts

To access certain booking services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Saudi law.

3. Intermediary Role & Third-Party Service Providers

DreamTrip acts solely as an intermediary (agent) between the Customer and primary travel service providers (airlines, hotels, local tour operators, and eSIM networks).

  • Contractual Relationship: When you book through our platform, you enter into a direct, legally binding contract with the respective Travel Provider. DreamTrip is not a party to that contract.
  • Provider Terms: The booking is subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation, and refund policies of the respective provider (e.g., airline fare rules, hotel check-in policies). It is your responsibility to read those terms before confirming.
  • Platform Accuracy: While we make every effort to display accurate availability, pricing, and details, all travel offers are subject to final confirmation by the provider.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

All prices displayed on the DreamTrip platform are subject to the following rules:

  • Currency: All final transactions are processed in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR). Prices originating in foreign currencies (e.g., USD from global suppliers) are converted to SAR using our corporate exchange rate, which includes banking conversion fees.
  • Taxes: Displayed prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via our integration with HyperPay, accepting Visa, Mastercard, and Mada.
  • Wallet Payments: Customers may top up their DreamTrip digital wallet. Wallet balances can only be used for purchases on our platform and are subject to security checks.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

Refund and cancellation requests are processed in strict compliance with supplier rules and Saudi consumer protection guidelines:

  • Flight Bookings: Cancellations, schedule changes, and refunds are governed by GACA Executive Regulations on Consumer Protection and the specific ticketing airline's fare rules. Non-refundable promotional fares will not be refunded.
  • Hotel Bookings: Room reservations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy (e.g., free cancellation window or non-refundable bookings). No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking value.
  • Service Fees: DreamTrip charges a non-refundable booking service fee for facilitating bookings. In the event of a cancellation or refund, our initial service fee remains non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method or the user's digital wallet, depending on the customer's choice and standard processing timelines (typically 7 to 14 business days).

6. Ancillary Services & Specific Rules

6.1. Visa Assistance Services

DreamTrip offers document review and coordination services to assist customers with tourist and entry visa applications.

  • Approval Disclaimer: The decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the competent embassy, consulate, or government authority of the destination country. DreamTrip guarantees document submission but does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Fees: Visa application fees, embassy fees, and DreamTrip service fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted to the authorities.

6.2. International Driving License (IDL)

IDL applications processed through the platform are valid only when used alongside a valid national driver's license. It is the customer's responsibility to verify if the destination country accepts the IDL format. Shipping fees for physical document delivery are non-refundable.

6.3. eSIM Communications

Customers purchasing eSIM plans must ensure their mobile device is unlocked and compatible with eSIM technology before purchasing. DreamTrip and its providers cannot offer refunds for activated, downloaded, or incompatible eSIM packages.

7. Compliance with Public Policy and Islamic Principles

Users agree to respect the public order, public morals, and Islamic values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when using the platform or booking services. DreamTrip reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel active bookings, or restrict access to any customer who violates Saudi laws, utilizes stolen payment credentials, or engages in fraudulent activities.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law:

  • DreamTrip shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from flight cancellations, hotel service deficiencies, baggage loss, or travel delays.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold DreamTrip harmless from any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our travel facilitation services.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, or execution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
